Refund policy:

• Since the services we provide can not be taken back or exchanged, we do not offer refunds. We are more than happy to work with you to correct our mistakes!
• You have 24 hours to contact C.A.R with any issues or concerns regarding your detail service.
• C.A.R is not responsible for any mechanical issues; we do not disconnect wires/remove seats from vehicle to clean, we do not run your vehicle's battery for any reason other than to quickly shift gears to clean the shifter area if necessary and we would disconnect the negative terminal to the battery ONLY to do an engine bay detail service. Disconnecting the negative wire will reset radio presets, contacts, favorites etc. It would not cause any mechanical issues once your vehicle is driven away from our care.

Vehicle Privacy Policy:

• We will post pictures of vehicles on social media for advertising and portfolio purposes, these photos will be taken after trash removal to avoid any personal items appearing in photos.
• License plates will not be shown in photos. 

Car Seat Policy:

• As stated in the Interior Service Disclaimer, we ask you to please remove all of your personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your detail appointment. This includes center console, glovebox, door panels, hidden compartments, seat backs, under seats, trunks and floorboards. 
• Car seats are more than welcome to stay in the vehicle! We understand the need for those to be with the vehicle at all times and we do not mind removing them to clean. We will place the car seats back when we are finished. Certified Auto Refinement does not buckle or fasten your car seats back into your vehicle! 
• For the safety of your child, and peace of mind for the detailers AND you as the parent, we require that the client fastens their own car seats back into their vehicle. Thank you for understanding!
